We have been thinking about how we can give back to our regulars and have decided to introduce a rewards program to our online shop.
If you already have an account on our shop you don’t have to do anything, you will start to accumulate points as you shop. If you have previously shopped as a guest all you have to do is register (and activate) an account on our online store to begin to collect the points. Guest users will not be able to earn points.
Every pound spent on our goods will earn 2 points. You can collect the points to redeem against vouchers, free mainland UK shipping or merchandise, pretty much anything on our online shop. We have also added ways to collect extra points by registering for an account or following us on our social networks.
To see how to collect points, redeem rewards and/or sign up for the program all you have to do is click on the “Brucey Bonus” button (as pictured below) on the bottom right of our web shop and away you go. If you wish to use a code for a free glass or t-shirt just make sure you have added one of the qualifying items to your cart before applying the code at check out.

REDEEMING POINTS
When you redeem your points the system will email you a copy of your discount code (please double check junk/spam folders) Once points are redeemed for discounts/rewards we cannot re-instate them however this code generated (format BAL-######) will remain valid until used. Please enter this code in the Gift Card/Discount Code box at check out.
STACKING / MULTIPLE DISCOUNTS
Please note discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other codes, only one code can be used at a time - This is for minimum pricing / licensing reasons.
RETROSPECTIVE POINTS
Cannot be added retrospectively the system is fairly basic. Please insure you are registered and logged in when shopping.
