Ingredients

Our ingredients are all sourced as locally as possible. There are certain elements of our brewing that just don’t grow in Scotland such as hops, ginger & lemon, but other than that we are proud to use Scottish Produce.

  • Malt is grown in the Borders
  • Oats come from Kelso
  • Tayberries are grown in the Tay Valley fruit region.
  • Seaweed is hand picked in Ballachulish
  • Heather comes from Sherif Muir
  • Pine & Spruce from Dumfries and Galloway
  • Elderberries from Lothian
  • Bog Myrtle (aka Sweet Gale) from Dumfries & Galloway
  • Water from Gartmorn Dam Reservoir
  • Bottles from Grangemouth
