Ingredients
Our ingredients are all sourced as locally as possible. There are certain elements of our brewing that just don’t grow in Scotland such as hops, ginger & lemon, but other than that we are proud to use Scottish Produce.
Malt is grown in the Borders
Oats come from Kelso
Tayberries are grown in the Tay Valley fruit region.
Seaweed is hand picked in Ballachulish
Heather comes from Sherif Muir
Pine & Spruce from Dumfries and Galloway
Elderberries from Lothian
Bog Myrtle (aka Sweet Gale) from Dumfries & Galloway
Water from Gartmorn Dam Reservoir
Bottles from Grangemouth
