Brewed for the summer evenings when we down tools for the day and repair to the beer garden; this bright, golden ale is a blend of pale malt, cascade and bobek hops with a late infusion of fresh elderflowers and lemon zest. Fruity, aromatic and deliciously refreshing.

Fraoch - Heather Ale
Fraoch: - The Original Craft Beer; brewed in Scotland since 2000 B.C. The Brotherhood have been guardians of the ancient Gaelic recipe for "leann fraoich" (heather ale) since 1988 and are proud to be the only brewery still producing this unique style of beer and distributing it world wide. A light amber ale with floral peaty aroma, full malt character, and a spicy herbal finish - This beer allows you to literally pour 4000 years of Scottish history into a glass.

Good Times
If you could order them at the bar; why would you order anything else? This sparkling ale pours golden yellow with a refreshing botanical aroma. Cascade hops and lemon zest invigorate and revitalize the pallet.

Grozet
Grozet: "the most convivial of ales" as described (and often imbibed) by 'The Bard' himself has become the adopted beer of the bohemian vagabonds of the Scottish arts scene. A Pale golden brew, that is cold stored with gooseberries to deliver a sharp refreshing drinking experience.

Harvest Sun
This is a straight up, honest, working man's ale; brewed to quench the thirst and revive the spirit. Pours a straw gold with a pleasant citrus aroma that gives way to a balanced and satisfyingly bitter finish.

Joker IPA
There's at least one in every pack and this is our very own agent of chaos. Created from a complex layer of malts and blended hops, this well balanced IPA delivers satisfaction every time. Golden in the glass, fruity on the nose with hints of cedar. Joker IPA is Bitter/Sweet, full of flavour and is sure to put a smile on your face.

Kelpie
Prior to the 1850's Scottish coastal alehouses brewed with malted barley, grown in fields fertilised by seaweed. This environment gave the barley a very specific flavour which we recreate by the inclusion of fresh seaweed in the mash tun. A rich dark chocolate ale, which has the aroma of a fresh Scottish sea breeze and a distinctive malty texture.
ABV: 4.4%
Midnight Sun
An instant classic: Our spiced porter, pours as black as the Midnight Sun and is created from a blend of malted barley, oats, roast barley, chocolate malt then balanced with a generous helping of hops. An after bite of fresh root ginger elevates this ale to another level. The flavours are as paradoxical as the name.

Profanity Stout
The first in our 'Chapeau' series, where we celebrate the talents of up & coming brewers, tweaking their recipes and making them available to a wider audience. Black in colour with full, floral, fruity aromas and a huge roasted malt character that gives way to a profanely dry hopped finish. It's the nelson sauvin hops that deliver the bitter end.

Roisin
Roisin is our very own fruit beer. We brew a light, crisp blonde ale and add bucket loads of fresh Tayberries in the cold storage tank and leave the two to mingle for 3 weeks.The Tayberry is a cross between a Raspberry & a Blackberriy, (relative of the American 'Loganberry'). The fruit is named after the Tay region in which it is grown. Roisin pours champagne pink with sweet hop & berry aromas which also carry through to the taste, with a satisfyingly tart finish.

Seven Giraffes
A blend of 7 grains, 3 hop starins and a late infusion of Elderflower & Lemon: This aromatic IPA was named by Scott's daughter. It pours a deep gold with aroma's of elderflower and citrus hops, followed by sweet caramel. On the tounge the biscuity malts are perfectly balanced with the bitterness of the hops, freshness of the lemon & lingering floral elderflower aftertaste. An extraordinary brew.

Williams 80/-
The Brotherhood's 'Eighty Bob' is a rich mahogany ale, with malt and butter aroma, biscuit texture, and a clean, satisfyingly sweet finish. The hops take a back seat on this ride.

Williams Black
As you would expect this brew pours a dark black/brown with aromas of Coffee, Licourice, roast & chocolate malts. On the tounge there's light roasted malt flavours, with a caramel sweetness and a dried fruit hoppiness.

Williams Ceilidh 90
A 'gathering' of the finest ingredients from around the world: Hops from the Czech Republic and America, Belgian pilsner malt, German yeast, and Scottish water are matured for 90 days to produce a delicious, crisp, citrusy lager.

Williams Gold
Exactly what it says on the label; golden in colour with a zesty, hoppy aroma and clean refreshing flavours. The light malts & fruity hop profile make this a simple and quaffable golden session ale.

Williams Red
Packed full of dark crystal malt,s this brew takes on a rich amber colour. A bouquet of caramel, amber malts and sweet berries give way to a palate of biscuit malts, woody & fruity hops that deliver a medium dry finish. This brew peforms superbly cask conditioned as well as in bottle.
