I love trying new brews. When I had the opportunity to try Fraoch - Heather Ale, I wasn't sure what I would find. What a more than pleasant surprise. A complex brew which starts with the sweetness of a hint of honey. Even though there is a heavy boldness to the flavor, the after taste is light and invites another taste. It is no wonder this recipe has been kept.
